At Tensegrity Physical Therapy and Wellness our mission is to elevate the overall health and wellbeing of our community and assist people in maintaining their optimal activity and independence they’ve enjoyed as adults for many more years to come.
Like a fine wine, we can truly get better with age IF we focus on the daily habits that define our state of wellness. What we know for sure is that wellness is a lifestyle, a habit, a mindset, and a big picture approach to long term quality of life. Sometimes this means spending money, spending time, saying no, opting out and showing up for yourself when the time could be spent on something that feels more productive, worthwhile or respectable. The fact is YOU matter and you owe it to yourself to be your own best friend and hold yourself accountable for high standards. That doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. We are here to guide, inspire, support and educate on matters related to health, fitness, injury and recovery and our very favorite topic . . . . PREVENTION. Your family, friends, coworkers and bosses want you to be healthy too! It is true that selfcare is not selfish.
We hear inspirational stories from our patients daily that want to change something in their lives. We know that MOVEMENT MATTERS. Our bodies are designed to be active and strong and there are options to keep you moving if you are experiencing pain or health challenges beyond mediction and surgery.

We are proud to host a relatively new class, The Art of Balance with Marcella Arieta. One of our clients said this week that “It set the tone for the entire day.” Here is your invitation to experience that same feeling from the comfort of your own home.
